Registering for FORMED is easier than ever:

1. Go to formed.org/signup
2. Select your parish by entering name, city and/or zip code
3. Enter your name and email address
4. Check that email account for a link to begin using FORMED.

FORMED has a series of videos to guide parishioners through logging in, signing up, and using the platform. 

In addition to your web browser, iOS and Android, we now offer Roku.
